Blossom Lane is an incubator for founders at the very beginning, often before there is a company to speak of. We back exceptional people early, give them room to work, and remain with them as what they build takes shape.

Attention is not traction. In an age of performative visibility, no amount of virality substitutes for a business that works. We back the builders who set the noise aside and attend to the work itself.

The Trench
A company takes its shape from the people who build it, long before that shape is fixed. We forgo brief meetings and paper credentials in favor of working alongside founders, and we judge by what we observe directly rather than by what is presented to us. We see the work as it happens.

Each founder may nominate the one who follows them, so the community grows only through people its members are prepared to vouch for. As our founders progress, they remain part of it, returning what they have learned at each stage to those just beginning.
